The photo didn't quite capture the exact green in the background but I think it's close enough.

Sheila, The first word that came to my mind is "Cool". I'm very impressed with your path toward abstraction and this latest painting takes a bold leap in that direction. Not that you have not painted abstractly but I applaud you for doing so with a portrait. This one is fun and really works.
