I seem to have recently hit a goldmine of great blogs! Its great to see so much great work out there, including your own!..I really like your work & admire you sticking out the painting a day tradition. I had a go at it a year or so ago but after two or three unsucsessful paintings in a row gave up!!...still im working hard at the moment & it really helps to see what other artists are up to! keep it up! Hi Ed, thanks for visiting. Its nice to get a visitor from UK! I had never seen your recent blog - the Fine Art one. I think those "docks" studies are fantastic. Don't stop! For me, its a process of learning, all the time. I try not to think about the output, the result, its always what can I learn from this one now.
Wonderfully inventive and powerful composition. Strong sense of abstraction and yet it's very clear what your painting is about. Love the view from high above the street.
