Made in India

This painting has been sold



Acrylic on hardboard 8" x 8"

I found this little pot the other day at a second hand store called "Emmaus". When I turned it upside down I saw it was made in India but when I put it against the dark red mounting card framed in black (it is a little clearer in the original painting) it had a kind of Japanese feel to it.

    Very strong, Sheila-that pot does glow. All the less intense colors around it really make it sing! Very interesting design too.

    Thanks Deborah, my collection of pots and bottles is threatening to fall off the top of the bookcase now but when I saw that one I could not resist it.
