Sweet Williams (revised)

This painting has been sold

Acrylic on hardboard 8" x 8"

I had a very nice prospective buyer who when I said - I really need to re-work this one some more - replied 'ok, go ahead, I still want to buy it'. So I want to say thank you to my prospective buyer for having that confidence in me. Also thanks to Deborah (Paris) for the advice on glazing which I have now used here and which has given the re-work much better depth.

  1. Beautiful Sheila, I'm in Ohio and I planted some sweet williams once from seeds. I had them for several years and loved them. Hmmm, I should plant some again. Barb

  2. Hey Barb, that is nice to know. I really like them and they have a sweet, delicate scent. I might look for some seeds myself.
