Ash

Oil on hardboard 8"x 8" Not for Sale

Let's put the bikes away now - anybody fancy going for a WALK?

This is Ash, my daughter's dog and a great family member. He likes nothing better than for the whole family to be together. He's a cross-breed and he's actually a bit more tan/honey coloured than the painting suggests. But that's the way it came out.

This is my last post until 15th September - I am taking a break to visit my daughter in Belgium.

  1. Isn't he a cutie, your daughter will love it. Congrats on all the bicycle paintings, they are all really nice and so different. I like how you tried different techniques, probably kept things interesting. Have a nice visit with your daughter.

  4. Hi Barb, Paola and Steve. Thanks for all your comments. Really glad you all like Ash. Steve, hope you are feeling better now. Funny thing is last weekend I had food poisoning too (well it's not funny is it) and in Fact "Ash" is the first painting to be done since I recovered! (I had a few bike paintings in hand so I could still keep posting them). Yes I am going to have a nice break with Louise and will see you all when I get back.
