Dried flowers

This painting has been sold by the Millyard Gallery, Uppermill

Acrylic on wood 8" x 8"

I kept noticing these old flowers in the attic, dried out and left over from a floral painting some time ago and decided to incorporate them into a stone bottles painting. I was a bit bothered that the flowers were almost identical in colour to the vase I put them in but that's how life is sometimes (my dress sense is lousy).
